Distressed trade shift dates

In keeping with market consensus on trade practices, parties to a distressed trade for which step-up provisions apply are required to use the relevant shift date published by LSTA – the shift dates are binding on all corporate loan market participants.

Need to submit a shift date request?

Email LSTAShiftDates@lsta.org with:

• The borrower’s name
• The title and date of the credit agreement
• The deal and/or facility CUSIP
• The name of the administrative agent
