Brought on by LSTA in 2025 as a key part of our process improvement initiative, Chris supports membership operations with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM), specifically management of our Salesforce CRM platform. He oversees data integrity, reporting and automation to enhance efficiency and member engagement across the organization.

Previously, Chris served as system administrator for a variety of industries, managing internal technology stacks, streamlining workflows and implementing integrations to fit specific system requirements.

Chris graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Buffalo and is a Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator.
