Margarita joined the LSTA in 2019, working directly with Executive Vice President and General Counsel Bridget Marsh, as well as Deputy General Counsel and Executive Vice President/Head of Policy Tess Virmani.
As an accomplished executive assistant, Margarita thrives in a fast-paced environment and provides vital support to the executive staff. Her strong interpersonal skills have made her integral to the success of high-level projects and have streamlined the administrative processes within the LSTA organization. Margarita also excels in planning and coordinating virtual and hybrid events for LSTA and its members, working closely with presenters, marketing teams, and IT staff as a dynamic webcast manager.
