As the head of LSTA, Sean oversees the breadth of the Association’s efforts on behalf of the multi-trillion-dollar corporate loan market, ensuring that we continue to fulfill our mission for our members and the market overall.

Sean joined LSTA in April 2024 after 23 years at JPMorgan, where he was a managing director and held various roles within its global markets division, including deputy head and co-head of its Global Primary CLO business. His experience covers cash flow and market value securitization products and spans multiple asset classes focusing on corporate credit and bank loans. While at JPMorgan, Sean worked with various issuers and investors, including private equity, hedge funds, asset and money managers, banks and insurance companies. He utilized CLO/CDO technology to provide clients with access to capital and address their business goals, whether it be the growth of AUM via traditional CLO/CDO issuance, balance sheet relief or more specialized bespoke financing solutions.

Sean received his B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Brown University.
