Objective(s)
- Address the inherent challenges when loans are restructured and equity is issued to a fund
- Collaborate with clearing agents to improve communication and their dissemination of information
Work to standardize document requirements and processes across clearing agents given the complexities of transferring equity positions - Recommend enhancements to the current process of settling equity (non-DTC) trades
