2026 International Comparative Legal Guide to Lending & Secured Finance

We’re pleased to offer the 14th edition of the ICLG book – which is dedicated to our late colleague Bridget Marsh – to all LSTA members.

A comprehensive analysis of current legal trends, regulations and best practices in lending and secured finance, the Guide offers practical cross-border insight into 27 different jurisdictions.

What it covers

The book is divided into two main sections:

Section one features 19 chapters discussing different areas of the industry, including private credit, acquisition finance, intercreditor issues, liability management exercises, fund finance and more. The section also includes LSTA’s own corporate lending overview, written by Bridget Marsh with Tess Virmani, now LSTA’s general counsel.

Section two is comprised of country Q&A chapters, each addressing the issues arising from laws and regulations in one of the 27 global jurisdictions.

For more details on each chapter, visit the ICLG web page.
