Coalition Letter – FSOC Improvement Act
Attached is the coalition letter in support of the FSOC Improvement Act. It is a letter to the House in support of H.R. 3682, the Financial Stability Oversight Council Improvement Act of 2025. On September 16th, the House Financial Services Committee passed the bill by an impressive 47-4. The bill would require FSOC to first consult with the company and its primary regulator before voting to designate a U.S. nonbank financial company for Federal Reserve supervision.
