This form includes select provisions of a New York law-governed credit agreement (eg, tax, yield protection, agency, assignment, defaulting lender, disqualified institution provisions, etc.). It is suitable primarily for leveraged finance transactions. Revisions have been made to incorporate new language in Article 17 (Treatment of Certain Information; Confidentiality).
