The first episode of the series honors Women’s History Month. Lisa Schneider, the LSTA’s EVP of Membership, interviews Mitali Sohoni, Managing Director and Global Head of Asset-Backed Finance at Citigroup. Not only has Mitali achieved tremendous professional success at Citigroup, but she is also a former long-standing LSTA board member. She talks about the importance of facing challenges with humility as well as staying intellectually curious outside of work. On top of her demanding career and raising two children on her own, she has established a local theater group in New York City and earned advanced degrees in biotechnology and clean energy. It’s exhausting just writing about it!
