Please find the final form of the LSTA Model Credit Agreement Provisions for Private Corporate Credit Deals (“PCC MCAPs”), along with a blackline to the existing BSL LevFin MCAPs, on which this document is based.  These provisions are intended as a harmonized, market-informed set of model credit agreement terms for a broad spectrum of private credit transactions, which may serve to facilitate a wide set of financing structures.
