The LSTA is pleased to announce the publication of the Transition Loans Guide developed in collaboration with the Loan Market Association (LMA) and the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA). This new guidance reflects market consensus, as reached through the sustained engagement and discussion of a dedicated Task Force of financial institutions, law firms and market-leading authorities, as well as the broader committees of the Associations. A such, it reflects global perspectives and emerging regulatory thinking while tackling several barriers faced by lenders and borrowers actively engaged in transition finance, including definitional uncertainty, and difficulties in verification and reporting.
