This year’s Summer Series was held virtually for three weeks in July and included classes focused on the loan market itself, the provisions found in typical credit agreements, private corporate credit and direct lending, the secondary trading market, trading and settling loan trades and the regulations impacting the loan market. The Summer Series is ideal for new entrants or those with one or two years of experience in the loan market.
