💰 Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000
Are you a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator passionate about optimizing CRM systems and streamlining business operations? We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform while also overseeing accounts receivable functions. If you’re eager to leverage Salesforce to drive efficiency and engagement, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform for optimal performance and security.
✅ Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, automation, and third-party integrations (Ariba, Coupa, Pardot, Fonteva).
✅ Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, working with accounts payable and payment portals.
✅ Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across departments.
✅ Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and data cleansing.
✅ Stay updated on Salesforce trends and proactively implement improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization.
✔ Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred (additional certs are a plus!).
✔ Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
✔ Familiarity with data migration tools and third-party integrations.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Experience with accounts receivable or financial operations is a plus.
