Versana is looking for a Technical Integration Specialist who is a well-rounded, fast learner with system integration experience. You will work directly with our top-tier institutional clients on implementation and integration projects, handling the technical aspects of onboarding and guiding our clients during product adoption. You are a strong, patient communicator with the ability to manage multiple workflows. You will work closely with the Implementation and Client Success teams to provide technical support for new and existing clients. You will play a key role in creating a smooth onboarding experience for our clients.
