May 28, 2020 - As the COVID-19 pandemic compels us all to reevaluate how we serve our clients, the LSTA is pleased to announce our 2020 “Tuesday Talks” Virtual Conference Webinar Series. In celebration of the LSTA’s 25th Anniversary, these virtual events will be free of charge to our members.
The three-part webinar series will kick off June 9th with our virtual Operations Conference and continue through year-end with our virtual Annual Loan Market Conference and our new LSTA University Series. The individual webinars will take place weekly on Tuesday afternoons at 4PM ET) for approximately one hour.

On June 9th, John Sileo, Cyber Security Expert, will share his expertise on Robust Cybersecurity & Personal Privacy in a COVID-19 World. On June 16th, a panel of operations experts will share their Lessons Learned During the Pandemic. On June 23rd, our next panel will explain why we Shouldn’t Stress as We Get Ready For Distressed! Up next on July 7th is Luke Williams, Professor of NYU Stern School of Business, who will ask us to Think the Unthinkable to Spark Transformation in Your Business. And on July 16th, an industry panel, including guest speaker Tom Wipf, will cover How Leading Institutions Are Preparing to Switch from LIBOR to SOFR. We then conclude the series on July 21st with a vendor panel discussion on How Technology Can Improve Efficiency, Transparency and Liquidity in a Remote Workspace Environment.
