This group works to develop policies and procedures for the application and usage of CUSIPs for all broadly syndicated, club and private credit loan deals and facilities.
Objective(s)
- Recommend revisions to CUSIP Guidelines, if needed.
- Maintain accurate CUSIP data in the CUSIP system
- Encourage usage of CUSIP for all trade, settlement and servicing activities
- Work to incorporate CUSIPs into all loan systems to encourage straight through processing of data.
