We all have them – unconscious biases. In this fun and engaging lawyer competence CLE, we will learn to identify these biases through the lens of pop culture. Using a combination of videos from TV and movies, comedy, and serious discussions, this presentation will discuss the implicit biases demonstrated in pop culture as a vehicle to learn how you can make sure that your company, colleagues, and employees avoid some of the pitfalls unconscious biases create. This CLE will also teach the steps to create a healthier work environment and combat the problems these biases can present.
