We all have them – unconscious biases. In this fun and engaging lawyer competence CLE, we learned to identify these biases through the lens of pop culture. Using a combination of videos from TV and movies, comedy, and serious discussions, this presentation discussed the implicit biases demonstrated in pop culture as a vehicle to learn how you can make sure that your company, colleagues, and employees avoid some of the pitfalls unconscious biases create.
