This year’s Summer Series was held in the afternoons for two weeks in July with all sessions offered virtually. The LSTA Summer Series was designed as an introduction to the loan market and included classes focused on the loan market itself, the provisions found in typical credit agreements, private credit and direct lending, the secondary trading market, trading and settling loan trades, the LSTA form of emerging business credit agreement, and the regulations impacting the loan market. The Summer Series is ideal for new entrants or those with one or two years’ experience in the loan market. We encourage all attendees to purchase the LSTA’s Complete Credit Agreement Guide which was the textbook for part of the series.
