March 15, 2019 - Late last night (US Eastern time) the Japanese Financial Services Agency (JFSA) published its final rule and related FAQs on capital charges relating to investments in securitizations. Our counsel, Sidley Austin Nishikawa, spent the evening analyzing and translating the parts that are relevant to investments in CLOs.  A translation of the relevant comments and FAQs are available here and here.  We hope to distribute our analysis later today.
