September 14, 2020 - We invite you to our 2020 LSTA Annual Conference Series, which comes to you live from the web this year, so we’ll leave the dress code to you.  We are truly excited to showcase all we can accomplish in a virtual setting. See the 4 images below to see some quotes from our members as to why you should not overlook this event.

Our online series will be held during the weeks of October 19th and October 26th, and will consist of six 1-hour sessions.  The panels will run on Tuesdays through Thursdays, at 4PM (ET).  Registration is now open, and you will be able to view our Preliminary Agenda, both located below.

We kick things off on October 20th, with a Fireside Chat entitled “Historical Lessons That Guide Our Path Forward”, hosted by the LSTA’s Executive Director Lee Shaiman & will feature Ms. Amity Shlaes, New York Times Bestselling Author.  We then turn to the markets and dissect two of the most pressing issues of the day; the sustainability of the loan market recovery and our upcoming transition away from LIBOR.

During the following week, our conversations turn to the Pandemic, and how its effecting the Chapter 11 Playbook, establishing what’s market in the legal community and finally, the Evolving Sources of Capital that will fund an uncertain future.

We then break for Election week, and wrap up on November 10th with a discussion devoted to the possible regulatory implications for the loan market.  See our Preliminary Agenda below, which will continue to be updated throughout the coming weeks.

Finally, in recognition of the LSTA’s 25th anniversary, our virtual Conference will be a free-of charge, members only event, thanks to the helping hands of all our valued sponsors.

We hope to see you soon and that you and your families are happy and healthy during these difficult times.
