Newly formed each year by vote of the LSTA Board, this annual committee interviews new board candidates, analyzes current LSTA directors, and proposes a slate for the LSTA Board of Directors to consider and present at the Association’s Annual Meeting in January so that full LSTA members may vote in the new LSTA Board of Directors.
Objective(s)
- Propose a slate of exceptionally strong candidates which represents the diverse functions of the LSTA membership and will ensure that the LSTA mission is followed
- Ensure, through the rigorous selection process, that all LSTA board members maintain and represent the highest standards in leadership, advocacy, education and insights
- Support the LSTA mission through the selection of a strategic and insightful slate of Board nominees
