Cover Form of Credit Agreement_Emerging Business (November 29 2023)

This new LSTA Form is designed to be used by “emerging business” borrowers. For our purposes, these are borrowers which are more mature than new venture businesses but not quite as established so as to be considered middle market companies. We have included helpful drafting notes to the documents and encourage you to read them. The new LSTA Form includes an Agency Supplement, Financial Covenants Supplement, and Security Supplement, which are included below.
