LSTA EVPs Meredith Coffey and Tess Virmani presented a short webcast that explained the March 5th FCA and IBA announcements on LIBOR cessation and non-representativeness and key impacts on loans and CLOs. The webcast put the March 5th announcements in context of other key LIBOR cessation dates, explained how the spread adjustments were set, discussed sending notices based on the FCA/IBA announcements and reviewed the concept of “synthetic LIBOR”.  These are the accompanying slides.
