Participation Agreement For Par_Near Par Cross-Border Trades – STCs (October 2, 2018)

This agreement is in two parts and is used to settle a par trade where the borrower is located in any of Chile, Colombia, Peru, or Mexico, and the buyer cannot become a lender of record and must settle the trade as a participation.   The second part includes the Standard Terms and Conditions and the country specific Annexes.
