February 10, 2022 - The LSTA is delighted to announce the recent publication of the second edition of The Handbook of Loan Syndications and Trading. The Handbook covers all aspects of the primary and secondary loan markets, ESG, direct lending, and so much more.  More than 50 LSTA members contributed to the Handbook, and we would like to thank them for their time, energy, and talent they each put into making their excellent submissions.

The LSTA is sending each member institution one copy of the Handbook. Members can purchase a hard copy or eBook online at Amazon or Barnes & Noble. It will become available wherever books are sold beginning on February 15, 2022.

The LSTA hopes the book serves as a useful guide to members as we all navigate the evolving landscape of the US corporate loan market. Please contact Bridget Marsh if you have any questions about the Handbook.
